Game and account support
For account access, gameplay issues, suspected abuse or other support matters, use only contact details published on an official oryndrax.com page. Never send passwords, authentication cookies, recovery secrets or payment credentials in a support message.
Privacy and legal requests
Requests concerning personal data, legal notices or formal complaints should clearly identify the relevant account or issue without including unnecessary confidential information. Identity verification may be required before account-specific data can be disclosed or changed.
Security reports
If you discover a vulnerability, do not exploit it, access other users' data, disrupt the service or publish technical details before Oryndrax has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate the issue. A dedicated security reporting channel may be published as the service approaches release.
Official information
Only information published through official Oryndrax domains or explicitly identified official channels should be treated as an authoritative statement from Oryndrax. Third-party communities, fan pages and unaffiliated accounts do not speak on behalf of Oryndrax.
Before commercial sales or other activities for which additional statutory business information is required, the applicable operator, business and contact information will be displayed as required by law.
